Ingredients

300g beef strips
Broccoli
Bell peppers
1 tbsp ginger
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
Oil
Rice

Instructions

Coat beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
Stir-fry beef on high heat.
Add vegetables + ginger.
Add more soy sauce and toss until glossy.
Serve over rice.
